Hey y’all. Been having an absolutely atrocious time with Spirit’s customer support in getting a resolution due to issues that arose from flight delays. Long story short: they had to do “maintenance” on the flight which caused a two hour delay. This made me miss a doctors appointment which had to be rescheduled to later this month.
