Can't calculate miles on codeshares correctly LH9729 BKK-BNE booked on an LH (220) ticket in V class. Actually operated as TG474, and LH/V cross books in to TG/K.

The most unhelpful of ‘help lines’ - told to fill out a form to claim points on a 1st class return flight Zurich to Tokyo - but the downloads only permit 3mb for supporting documents hence impossible to send. It asked me all flight details, which I had to go and grab in my Swiss App. But whenever I closed the Miles&More App to open the Swiss App to look up information, the data I had previously entered in the Miles&More App was gone.
