I wanted to share that I recently had a very positive service experience with Continental Airlines. I used their website, phoned their reservations agent, and as a result, joined their air miles program.

I was going to travel to Cancun with my 3 daughters on July 5, 2022. My husband passed away on July 2, 2022. I called Continental and told them I wanted to reschedule for a late date.
