From the route you obtained earlier, you'd have known the flight's cruise altitude. Flights typically descend 1000 feet per 3 nautical miles.

To recap: you’ll need to convert your IAS, or preferably CAS, into the aircraft’s True Airspeed. Then apply the effects of wind on your True Airspeed to get the Ground Speed.
