Wolfson College (/ ˈwʊlfsən /) is a constituent college of the University of Cambridge [6] in Cambridge, England. The majority of students at the college are postgraduates. The college also admits "mature" undergraduates (aged 21 and above), with around 15% of students studying undergraduate degree courses at the university.

Wolfson combines the traditions of a Cambridge University College with a dynamic and outward-facing view. Founded in 1965 as 'University College ', Wolfson was initially only for postgraduate students, and was located in a single house with just a dozen rooms and a long, narrow garden that ran from Selwyn Gardens to Barton Road.

Wolfson is a mature and postgrad college, meaning that everyone is a bit older (but not necessarily much wiser) than at the standard age colleges. We have some of the best and biggest social spaces, hosting loads of events throughout the year, making this one of the friendliest places to be.
The creation of Wolfson College Cambridge followed a circuitous route, beginning in 1967, with a tentative approach to the Wolfson Foundation from the classicist John Sinclair Morrison (1913-2000) of the then-University College, Cambridge.
