Jay Harbaugh is an American football coach and the special teams coordinator for the Seattle Seahawks. He is the son of Jim Harbaugh, the head coach of the Los Angeles Chargers, and the nephew of John Harbaugh, the head coach of the Baltimore Ravens.
Jay Harbaugh joined the Seahawks staff in 2024 after nine seasons with Michigan, where he coached special teams, tight ends, running backs and safeties. He helped Michigan win the national championship in 2023 and produced several All-Americans and All-Big Ten players.
