When using the Ex Libris Support Center, we are able to view open cases from across our consortia members and update them, assist them, etc as necessary, using our central consortia "master accounts" Unfortunately, in the Developer Network, we have a central account, but it is only connected to our Network Zone for managing API keys, seeing API usage, and managing users.

Users click on the service and are taken to the wrong book, which is frustrating. According to Ex Libris, Alma uses the 776 field to generate the holdings file that is sent to CDI to calculate availability, and this is what causes the incorrect matching.
17 maj 2016 · Ex Libris has been adding many more databases to the CZ lately, but they don't seem to be aware that in some cases they've changed the nature of the resource from a portfolio to a collection, and in doing so they're actually disqualifying Alma customers from using the new content if they already have a PO for the item.
16 mar 2016 · We would like to customize the New Patron Registration form to hide the fields that we do not use, such as Gender, Job category, and many others. It would also be nice to have templates so that selecting a user group might display specific fields, the same way that choosing "User has institutional record" causes the password field to disappear and Owning system dropdown to appear.

4 maj 2020 · I hope ExLibris offer a solution for this issue. Many old editions, foreign language titles and small presses don't have book covers available through PRIMO.
Hi Rael, I'm the product manager for Pressbooks. Someone recently made me aware of this thread. I haven't had any discussion with anyone at Ex Libris, but would be interested in discussing what you describe as our 'insufficient linking support' and ways that we might be able to improve that if that's a blocker for discovery.
