You can get it here, on Mod the Sims 2, www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=227521, but right now there seems to be some kind of technical problem on the site. At least for me, it says that...
even if you're game crashes it's not a big deal. anyways try re-downloading but this time click "run" if it still doesn't work that probably means you need to download an un-zipping program...
