I was looking around at hard tops, and saw the Zeintec/Zeintop hardtop and i love the Cayman-esque look, and its about the same price as a new OEM hardtop. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with this top, either firsthand or from reading up on it, and wanted to know how it performs.
18 mar 2011 · Can't find any recent info but found threads on Porsche forums from 2008 saying they were embroiled in a legal battle with Porsche and were selling these for $3k. Pretty awesome when the dealer charges $2,900 for that horrific-looking OEM hardtop. Cayman vs. 987 Zeintop:

13 lip 2007 · I like the styling of the Zeintec top but it looks like it would take a lot longer to switch from hard top to rag top than my current original hard top which I thoroughly love too.
