Utility Services is located on the first floor in the lobby of Yakima City Hall and can provide general information and service to all City Hall patrons and visitors. Contact information is listed on the right side of this page. Current Customers. You will need your account number to make a payment. Your address will not work.
Prepare a power outage kit. For short duration outages consider having glow light sticks, flashlights, a battery-powered radio, extra batteries and a wind-up clock on hand. Make sure you have an alternate heat source and a supply of fuel. Have a corded telephone available.

The Utility Notification Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and accepts calls from contractors, homeowners, or anyone planning to dig. Locate requests are accepted over the phone, through a fax-a-locate program, or through the ITIC program.
