TLDR: i uninstalled the latest drivers, tried some older xppen drivers which didn't work, suddenly windows 10 recognized the device, and i was able to install the new drivers and have them recognize the tablet. i also switched the USBs on the triple-cable to ports i knew were working.

edit: Installing the oldest driver (windows 7/8/20 1.6.4.210812) from the website worked. It's an older version of pentablet but there's no problems so far.
23 lis 2023 · I installed latest driver from XP PEN and updated windows, the HDMI issue was solved but now the tablet isn't recognized as a tablet, only as a screen. Lastly, today I try again, uninstall tablet's driver and reinstall it and now neither image nor sensibility are recognized.
