1 lis 2021 · I just bought a new Xbox wireless headset. It worked great out of the box, but does not seem to recharge no matter how many USB cables and power sources I try. The slow orange light appears when it is plugged in, indicating that it's getting a charge.

Headset isn’t charging: If the headset is plugged into the console with the USB-C cable but isn’t receiving a charge, first check the cable connections to both the console and the headset. If that doesn’t work, try plugging the headset into a different power source (another port on a console or device).
24 paź 2023 · Hold down the headset's power button and the mute button simultaneously (both buttons are located on the left earcup), and then quickly plug the USB-C cable into your console, PC, or outlet. If the hard reset is successful, the headset should power off. Turn the headset back on.
Check power: If they still don't turn on, check to see if the headset is receiving power from the console (the power light should be flashing orange). Try another device: If your headset isn't receiving power, try connecting it to a different console or device.

Tried the hard reset method of holding down the power and mute button and plugging the headset into USB but never worked as the headset doesn't recognize its plugged in. Pretty sure the headset is bricked. 1. Award.
