WUP Installer GX2 is an app that installs channels to the System Menu. It requires a CFW and can also be installed as a channel itself. See useful channels such as Homebrew Launcher and HBL2HBC.
To build this application using docker, run the following commands: docker build . -t wupgx2. docker run -it --rm -v ${PWD}:/app wupgx2. You can then use the resulting .wuhb file. Credits.
