The Titan Panel Philosophy. Our overall intent is to give the player a place for additional information at the top and bottom of the WoW UI. Titan Panel IS NOTa UI replacement. Titan Panel attempts to move or adjust WoW UI frames to make room for the Titan Panel bars requested.
