Submit a Work Request via the FIX System to report anything affecting the comfortable use of NYU School of Law facilities. This includes academic buildings (Vanderbilt Hall, Furman Hall, Wilf Hall, and 22 Washington Square North) and residence halls (Hayden Hall and D’Agostino Hall).
The NYU Client Services Center provides you with an immediate point of contact to respond to your facility needs. We evaluate, prioritize, dispatch and follow client work requests through to completion to ensure the standards for safe, high quality and cost effective building environments are met.
Maintenance & Repairs. Report maintenance concerns to the residence hall Resource Center or through the FCM online work request service. Service Request forms should be submitted at the first sign of a problem.
Got a problem? Submit a work order to get it fixed. Should any appliance, furniture or other furnishing supplied by NYU School of Law need repair, residents of Hayden and D’Agostino residence halls must complete a work request by logging into the FIX System with their Net ID and NYU Home password and following the instructions provided.
