Never had a problem with static electricity and, probably due to its being ball powder, throws very consistently in both my RCBS powder measure and my Dillon SDB. What powder do you prefer for 9mm Luger?

  6. 1 lis 2022 · Using 115 grain FMJ bullets of.356 diameter, Hodgdon lists a maximum of 5.1 grains for Win-231 (and it's twin HP-38) producing a velocity of 1,167 fps with an OAL of 1.125". I have loaded and shot thousands of 9mm with 5 and 5.1 grain loads of Win-231 and 115 gr FMJ bullets.
