19 kwi 2012 · By level 9, you could take Exalted Wild Shape and be in Unicorn form, and speak that way. Or, also by level 9, you could take Frozen Wild Shape and be in Urskan form, and speak that way. Also, just because you are in wild shape doesn't mean you can't have gear.
