I get it. Luc Besson just wants to see sexy women action heroes and Lucy is his new excuse. Lucy is the new Nikita, the new Leeloo from The Fifth Element. This movie may not be the worst one I have ever seen, but it may very well be the most insulting one.
Thewire.com's David Sims stated that Johansson's success with Lucy at the box office would be "no mean feat given that it's a European R-rated action movie opening against a PG-13 epic with a more proven action star" in Dwayne Johnson (The Rock).
