If a game won't launch, this is often caused by corruption in your extracted game files. Games may not launch if you're running software which interferes with Steam.

Launch Epic Games Launcher. Click your profile icon in the upper right corner (will have the first letter of your user name). Click Settings. Click the arrow icon next to the game that will not launch (you may need to scroll down). Check the Additional Command Line box.
22 lut 2019 · SOLUTION: I got the solution from an awesome guy on the Microsoft forums. Basically, I think the problem was a corrupt .NET version. I ran the repair.NET tool, reinstalled DirectX, and suddenly everything launched! Here's a link to the repair.NET tool: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/framework/install/repair.
