Yes I work in bakery and I think they can. Most stores open at 6am so you can call pretty early to see/place the order for it tomorrow. Overnight baker here! I don't think they'll do a whole cake a certain color. You can custom the rose colors, request images, writing, etc.

You would have to call the store you want to order from because not all stores have sheet ultimates. Ultimates cakes are richer, denser, better flavor and all around a higher quality product. You can get a ultimate sheet cake with buttercream frosting which you can put images on. Although IMO images are a waste of money.
