As an official representative of Warsaw, responsible for the promoting the city as a preferred meetings industry destination, we provide impartial and free advice to both domestic and international meeting planners wishing to organize a conference in our city and other supporting services you need.
One of the goals of Warsaw Convention Bureau is to encourage large conferences, fairs, and congresses to take place in the city. As part of this goal, we offer support to both Polish and international meeting planners who consider Warsaw for their events.
About us. Poland Convention Bureau was created in 2002 as a department of the Polish Tourism Organisation and is responsible for promoting Poland as an attractive destination for meetings and business events.
