29 lis 2023 · On Windows 7 and above, you should use Direct3d11 video acceleration. Make sure to set VLC like that: Tools -> Preferences -> Video. Output = Direct3D11. Tools -> Preferences -> Input/Codecs. Hardware accelerated decoding = D3D11 Video Acceleration. Save, exit and restart VLC for the changes to take effect.

15 cze 2024 · For a while now I've been playing Youtube videos through VLC but around a week back now I've been getting non-stop errors that are showing (Your input can't be opened: VLC is unable to open the MRL) All I'm doing is pressing "CTRL + N" which for me is opening the "Network Stream" Tab and then inserting my link and pressing enter/ok.

18 sty 2020 · Launch VLC and YouTube side by side. Copy the link to the video in question in YouTube. Go back to VLC and click on "Media". Select "Stream" or Ctrl+S. Click on the tab named "Network". Paste the link that was originally copied in YouTube. Instead of clicking on the "Stream" button, click on the pull-down arrow.
26 lut 2019 · Setting the video output to OpenGL instead of Automatic fixed that problem for me. That is with Win10 v. 20H2, Nvidia quadro k5000 card, VLC v. 3.0.11, and a plain HD ProRes 422 file. It's under under Tools > Preferences, Video tab : Output. There are 2 OpenGL entries, and both work. The "Direct3D9" entry also works.
