The FTC alleges that Vivint misused credit reports to open accounts for unqualified customers. If you found a Vivint account on your credit report, you may be eligible for a refund by January 31, 2024.
Vivint also must refrain from making false representations to consumers, particularly regarding the contract terms or its relationship with another home security company.
