Come visit us Tuesday through Saturday 10am-5pm, open until 7pm on Fridays. Closed Sundays and Mondays.
The Panama City Center for the Arts, formerly the Visual Arts Center of Northwest Florida, is an art center in Panama City, Florida. Its development was part of downtown revitalization efforts. The Center has three galleries and hosts shows of fine art, sculpture, jewelry and ceramics, as well as music, film events, and classes.
Bay Arts Alliance has been managing the Center for the Arts since 2015 under a contract with the City of Panama City. We put on over 30 free exhibitions a year with coordinating programming, as well as unique programs for different sectors of the arts, like writing, music, and film.

The Center for the Arts has three galleries located within the historic 1925 City Hall/Police Station/Fire Department and Jail. Located in downtown Panama City, Florida, we provide visitors and our community with cultural awareness through creative enrichment, sculpture, music, film and fine art.
At the corner of Harrison Avenue and 4th Street in Historic Downtown Panama City is the Panama City Center for the Arts. This beautiful structure, built in 1925, is owned by the City of Panama City and managed by Bay Arts Alliance.
