We had a conflict with a Viator tour and were double booked. We called customer service and basically got the response of "too bad." And we were charged twice for 2 tours on the same day. All Viator had to do was either refund one or provide some sort of credit for another tour.

We booked two tours with Viator, one was great but on the second we were scammed by the tour operator and Viator refused to refund our payment. We supplied all the evidence and a full account of what happened but they refused to refund any of our money.
WARNING: While Viator is a real company that technically does work with the vendors they say they do, they lie and cheat customers. I paid $600 to book a charter boat through their site but there was no way to book a specific time on the website.
