2 wrz 2018 · For almost 50 years, ADHD rating scales have been used to help screen, evaluate, and monitor the symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children and adults.
Structured into two main parts, the Vanderbilt Scale assesses core ADHD symptoms, including inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity, as well as additional domains relevant to childhood behavior disorders such as oppositional-defiant behavior, conduct disorder, and anxiety/depression.
Teacher Assessment Scale. Predominantly Inattentive subtype. Must score a 2 or 3 on 6 out of 9 items on questions 1–9 AND. Score a 4 or 5 on any of the Performance questions 48–55 Predominantly Hyperactive/Impulsive subtype. Must score a 2 or 3 on 6 out of 9 items on questions 10–18 AND.

The questions in the ASRS v1.1 are consistent with DSM-IV criteria and address the manifestations of ADHD symptoms in adults. The content of the questionnaire also reflects the importance that DSM-IV places on symptoms, impairments, and history for a correct diagnosis.
