Vacation Leave Quota 5 days. In the Philippines, employers are not required to provide standard vacation or sick leave. Instead, they are required to provide service incentive leave. Only leave laws in the US are less favorable for employees with vacation entitlement.
Employers who fail to provide the required leave benefits may face penalties, including fines or legal action from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). Employees also have the right to file complaints with DOLE if their leave entitlements are not being honored.
