I know someone who rides with a variation of this seat and their body has a lot more rotation from the hips left and right up in to the torso and shoulders.
They key I've found is that noseless works better on upright bike and/or after installing BMX style riser handlebars, since you're not sliding out of the seat as much as in a traditional biking position.

Here’s my review. I replaced the stock seat (11.8oz) on my Giant Roam 3 bike. I didn’t have a particular complaint about the seat, but I’ve never liked how traditional bike seats crush the crotch.
