- Admission as an Exchange Student
International students who wish to enroll for the first year of an undergraduate Bachelor’s degree at Université Paris Cité must apply for a pre-enrollment procedure, called a Preliminary Admission Requestor or “DAP”.
Université Paris Cité offers international joint programmes at the undergraduate and graduate levels as well as programmes taught in english.
International students residing in one of the 67 countries with a local Campus France office must submit their application to Université Paris Dauphine – PSL according to the CEF Campus France procedure. Please check whether your country of residence is covered by Campus France.
Application. Each year, ENS Paris-Saclay welcomes international students, wishing to pursue studies that may lead to a diploma. Bachelor and master’s degrees. There are three ways to get accepted to ENS Paris-Saclay. If you are part of a student exchange program, you must first prepare your application with you home university.

You are applying for the 1 st year of a Bachelor's degree. Apply on Parcoursup (January to March 2025) if you are: French. A citizen of the European Economic Area (EEA), of Andorra, Monaco or Switzerland. Please note that UK citizens can't apply through the Parcoursup platform anymore.
