UiTM Cawangan Kedah ialah salah sebuah cawangan bagi Universiti Teknologi MARA yang ditubuhkan di Kedah, Malaysia. Ia ditadbir oleh seorang Rektor dan bertanggungjawab ke atas sebuah kampus UiTM di Kedah iaitu Sungai Petani.

Universiti ini terdiri daripada satu kampus utama, 12 kampus negeri berautonomi dan 21 kampus satelit yang menjadikannya 34 kampus keseluruhan di Malaysia. UiTM mempunyai hampir 20,000 staf akademik dan bukan akademik serta menyediakan lebih 500 program dari peringkat asas hingga pascasiswazah.
The flagship campus (and its satellite campuses) only offer programmes in foundation, degree, and post-graduate levels. The anchor university consists of the main campus in Shah Alam and the Selangor Branch Campus (Puncak Alam, Selayang, Sungai Buloh, Puncak Perdana, Jalan Othman and Dengkil).
