Option 1 - Download Zoom for Desktop. When you start or join your first Zoom meeting, you should be prompted to download the software. Otherwise, get the download here. You may also want to install the Zoom Plugin for Outlook to make scheduling meetings a breeze. Option 2 - Use the Zoom Web App.
Go to the Texas State homepage: http://www.txstate.edu. Go to ‘Info For’ and select Faculty and Staff. Scroll down to Online Tools. Click ‘Zoom (Web Conferencing) Click the Login button on the zoom homepage. Login with NetID.
