TSTC is a public community college with 10 campuses in Texas, offering associate degrees and certificates in technical skills and trades. It was established in 1965 as the James Connally Technical Institute and became independent in 1969.
With tremendous support from local community leaders to help fill the skills gaps and train local workers in the Greater Houston area, TSTC offers programs in Fort Bend County, including Industrial Systems Technology, Cyber Security, and Welding Technology.
