TRS is one of the largest pension systems in the United States, serving 200,000 members. Since 1917, TRS has been building better tomorrows for New York City educators. TRS offers members a Tax-Deferred Annuity Program to supplement their benefits under the Qualified Pension Plan.
New York Teacher. The TRS website was built to enable members to manage their accounts on their own schedules, and TRS routinely adds features. Members must register on the site if they do not already have a username and a password. Then they may: Add or update beneficiaries. Manage TDA accounts. Make online payments.
