Tripmasters is a terrible company with HORRIBLE customer service. Our trip to Europe was canceled due to the Coronavirus and we have received the run around for 6 weeks now. They will only refund portions of the trip and plan on keeping the rest, although NO SERVICES were rendered.

My wife and I used them for our trips to Vietnam-Cambodia-Thailand and Peru. Our trip to V-C-T was outstanding, our trip to Peru not so much (but I fault the airline (JetBlue), not Tripmasters).
Almost all the positive comments about Tripmasters in that thread come from first-and-only posters, and are probably spam posted by Tripmasters. I would not trust any company that feels the need to make such posts.
