Does anyone have toggle auto insurance, if so how would you rate them on a scale from 1-5 and why?
7 lut 2024 · I'm extremely unhappy with the change from 21st Century Insurance to Toggle. I've been with 21st Century for 20 years or more. Toggle customer service is online via a virtual agent. It was disturbing and not helpful—akin to talking to a robot with zero personality and no ability to address my issue.

Without my knowledge or consent, I was switched to Toggle from 21st Century Insurance in January 2024. Since then, all efforts to change my policy (add/remove a vehicle) online have failed. My new insurance cards don't have a phone number for roadside assistance; that process has to start online.

Been with 21st since 2001. They've been good to me. But now they are placing me under the Toggle brand according to a letter I received and my premiums have gone up. I check this insurance and they are strictly web base with no phone number to call. They seem to be legit and under the Farmers Insurance brand.
