11 lut 2009 · Edge Pulse is the replacement for 2007/2008 Edge First, as I can see it. I have Time Edge First, 2007 model, size = small (54cm top tube), bought new in Dec 2006 and ridden ~18-20,000km so far. No complaints yet. Handles well, rides well but I am only 70kg in weight and 173cm tall.
18 lut 2010 · What do you think about Time Edge Pulse (Price is around 2200$)? It is equipped with FSA SL-K compact cranck, have you any experience using it? As I understand it is the lower Time carbon frame model, what about its quality? Thanks.

the current 2009 model, per the time website, is the edge pulse. per what i consider some reliable sources (wrenchscience, svelte cycles), i was under the impression that the edge racer is exactly the same frame as the pulse, red instead of nude, and with a different name.
The only difference between the Edge Pulse and the Times highest end non-ISP module the VXR Proteam are that the Edge employs more round tubes as opposed to elaborately shaped tubes and has an aluminum bottom bracket shell instead of carbon.
