Themes for the PSP are located on the memory card in /PSP/THEME/ folder. PTF themes work on official and custom firmware while CTF themes only work on custom firmware with the CXMB plugin. Themes listed work on 6.60 and 6.61.

I was about to download a new theme for my PSP. Unfortunately I cant award u smth cuz I don't have reddit coins and I can't buy them. I just award when I get them for free.
To download (version 1.5.0): From PSP: Go to the following address on your PSP browser. http://www.animetheme.com/games/psp-gsd_psp_theme.html. From PC: Download this file and put it into the "/PSP/THEME/" folder on your PSP Memory Stick.

Since you can only browse the PSP Store by searching for titles directly, I searched for "theme" and created a list of every free PSP theme for those who want to download them before the store shuts down.
Theme Installation. Put the .ptf files to your PSP's theme directory "X:/PSP/THEME/". Some of the files are in .7z/.zip format (Those have extra wallpapers inside). Extract them using any unarchiving program (e.g. 7-Zip, WinRAR, WinZip) of your choice.
