We are a casual club playing mainly unrated rapid time controls; the purpose is to practice, learn, and enjoy chess. Our most common time control, it's the perfect blend of think-time and action, giving you just enough room to strategize without getting bogged down.

Want to learn chess? We don't offer formal classes but if you're a beginner or a novice to chess, and would like to get better, please let us know and a more experienced player would be happy to provide instruction or a "walkthrough" where we can talk through a game.
