The Craig Austin Rowley (CAR) Chapter was founded in Plano (Collin County), Texas in November 2004, grew quickly and continues to prosper in the area with the current focus on recognizing, restoring and dedicating veteran markers from the War of 1812 buried in the North Texas region.
