Students and Alumni can order official transcripts directly online through Parchment, the authorized provider of Texas A&M University - Commerce transcripts. If you have questions or need help ordering transcripts online, please visit Parchment Learner Help Center (Customer Service).
You may request up to 5 transcripts per day and up to 50 transcripts per semester. Official transcripts can be obtained by visiting our Order Transcript page and determining which order method works best for you.
We're offering this service to make ordering transcripts easier for you. It's also more efficient for your school and will deliver your transcripts to the colleges you choose in the format they prefer.
The Texas A&M University-Commerce Office of the Registrar is now live with transcript services from Parchment. This enhancement will expedite our transcript ordering and fulfillment processes, but not sacrifice the level of service you have come to expect from the Registrar’s Office.
The Office of the Registrar maintains the academic records for all students. We also assist with registration, transcript requests, enrollment verifications, grades and graduation.
An official transcript is a comprehensive record of a student's academic progress at Texas A&M University*. In other words, a student's official Texas A&M University transcript includes academic credit awarded to the student at all levels of study (undergraduate, graduate, and professional).
