Standardized tests are high-stakes assessments administered in a consistent manner to large groups of individuals. These tests typically involve uniform questioning across all test-takers, often drawing from a common pool of questions or using the same exact exam.
Test Taking Strategy # 1–. Get plenty of rest the night before each testing day. Avoid the morning rush. Set out clothes the night before. Get to school a few minutes earlier than you usually do. You need 8-10 hours of sleep, so go to bed by 10pm. Eat a good nutritious breakfast the morning of each testing day.
