My colonoscopy experience with Suprep. I'm (25F) one of those people that looked up every single thing I can find on Suprep. You'll find posts saying how terrible it is and how it was the worse experience of their life and then get it in your head that that's the type of experience you will have.
I was supposed to start my Suprep at 5 pm. My body natural reacts to coffee way later than most people and by 3 I was having very soft bowel movements. I had also drank some water with Nuun, juice, and some vegetable broth throughout the day. I then started my first 16 oz mix of Suprep. Awful!
