22 paź 2024 · Water Absorb will not activate if the Pokémon is protected from the Water-type move. If a Pokémon with Water Absorb is holding an Absorb Bulb or Luminous Moss, Water Absorb absorbs the move, so the item's effect is not triggered.

Storm Drain is an ability that drains all Water-type moves onto the holder (except Surf and Muddy Water, which are multiple-target moves). In Generation V, the ability gives the holder immunity to all Water-type moves and also raises the holder's Special Attack.
