23 maj 2016 · After stopping a ped (by holding E key) or using "Stop The Ped", you may open Computer+ and create a citation for the ped. Make sure you have the latest "CitationDefinitions.xml" in place which has a public citation category. After it's created, return to the ped and give the citation to the ped (default key: LControlKey + PgUp).

17 wrz 2019 · If you have Interaction+ anytime with a stopped ped outside of their car you can press T (usually done to do roadside tests) and in that menu option you can issue citations you created from your car. 1. Share. Just downloaded stop the ped and when I stop a person I don't have an option to write them a citation.
