18 lis 2021 · I found one YouTube video mentioning that Stihl coils with clear potting compound were an issue and the new ones have black potting. So I took a $116 gamble on a new coil from a dealer and instantly fixed the issue.
19 sie 2020 · Does not sound like the engine is toast. Might want to remove the muffler, slowly turn the engine over by hand and move the piston to the bottom of the cylinder. Cylinder wall should be shiny, if it is scored, you’ve got problems. Good luck. Breezmeister.
19 paź 2017 · It will immediately start back up and run great again for up to 30 seconds, but it will keep stalling unless I let it cool completely. I've replaced the carb, fuel lines, air filter, spark plug. Checked clearance on valves, plug, and ignition module.
12 maj 2018 · Hey Guys, I won a stihl br600 backpack blower from a auction last year and every since i had it, it was hard to pull the cord. I thought nothing of it and thought it was normal until i watched other videos on them and everyone pulls their cord so easily.
5 paź 2016 · #1. I was diagnosing a BR600 today. It had no spark, so I pulled off the coil, making sure to account for those two plastic washers. I always thought they were soley there to shift the coil to where it tracks right in the center of the magnets on the flywheel.
