An Arroyo Grande High School and Cal Poly graduate who currently resides in Galt, Brown Trafton won the Olympic title with a best mark of 212 feet, 5 inches.
Was named one of the captains of the 2007 Notre Dame softball team and in preparation for her increased leadership role, read several books on the subject including adopting John Wooden’s Pyramid of Success.
