Some No-CD/Fixed EXE files work fine in Single Player mode but are detected to be modified when trying to play online. When this happens use the original EXE to play online, else you could find yourself banned from the game!
16 lip 2017 · When I try to start a new game, an error message appears and tells me that there is no game CD in drive. I have NO CD in my drive. Either you need to recheck your drive for a CD, or you're running the 1.02 version, which is not a Steam version.
31 gru 2020 · I saw some suggestions to make sure there is no disc in the CD/DVD drive, so I did that. I also tried disabling the CD/DVD drive entirely in device manager. Still getting this error message.

1 gru 2014 · I had a similar problem with Red faction 2, turns out the game was trying to read the cd in my drive. Once i took it out the game worked. This may be the same problem you are having
