Welcome to the SOC Alumni Bear Cave, the official home of the South Oak Cliff High School Alumni Association. The association was co-founded by the late H. Lawrence King, Jr. ('85), Anthony Canady ('87), and other fellow SOC Alumni in 2008.
South Oak Cliff High School (colloquially referred to as SOC, pronounced "sock") is a public secondary school located in the Oak Cliff area of Dallas, Texas, United States. South Oak Cliff High School enrolls students in grades 9-12 and is a part of the Dallas Independent School District (DISD).
The SOC Alumni Bear Cave Alumni Association is dedicated to actively supporting South Oak Cliff High School and its feeder schools. We aspire to become recognized as the most supportive alumni associations in the State of Texas and eventually the nation.
The SOC Alumni Bear Cave was founded in 2008 to support the needs of South Oak Cliff High School and bridge the gap between our alma mater, our alumni and the South Oak Cliff community.
