The published results say they are 99.1% accurate. I understand that the test looks for a y chromosome in the fetal DNA of the mother's blood. If it doesn't detect a y chromosome, then you're told you're having a girl and that's pretty reliable, definitive results. If it detects the y chromosome then it means boy.

Has anyone used the Sneak Peek gender test? Was it accurate for you? Was it easy? I'm 4w+6 and I read that it's 99.9% accurate after 7 weeks. Is it worth it to try it out? For our first baby, we did the NIPT screening which told us results around 14-15 weeks.
