If you don't need it to be explicit, then you can use Nraas' Woohooer mod, which turns woohoo into a skill. You can also register as a professional, and earn increasing amounts of money as you improve your skill. In addition to this mod (or on its own), you can use Ani's working sims bed mod.
This module allows various common Woohoo options to be available as settings. These will modify the various interactions available in the game. Note that this doesn't add new animations. It also doesn't add nude Sim textures. Those must be obtained elsewhere, but MC Woohoo will support them with multiple settings.
This mod alters the romantic game systems allowing for more relaxed rules when compared to EA's. With added trait scoring, things like jealousy make more sense. It also allows for teen woohoo and pregnancy along with risky woohoo.
After engaging in woohoo, the mod will apply moodlets based on various scoring parameters, granting both positive and negative moods depending on how your sim felt about the experience. The base-mod has a number of different moodlets available (in both positive and negative versions).
